Hong Kong insurance broker company i-Brokers is facing mounting woes threats as it continues to face accusations of breach of contract.
The newly formed company currently has one employee, its Director Michael Smith, who has received criticism over his conduct regarding his alleged breaking of agreed contracts with some observers claiming these actions could be serious enough to cause i-broker’s expat clients to face increased insurance costs.
In addition, it is understood that Michael Smith is currently being investigated for a range of actions from copyright infringement to corporate theft.
Expat Info has reached out to previous employers who have refrained from commenting.
It is understood Michael Smith has recently left Hong Kong, where his company is registered, and taken residence in Thailand.
